Since late 2010, ACC Construction has renovated multiple apartments per month for Rose Associates, the leasing agents of this large, high-profile housing complex; Rose administers the Apartment Renovation Program at Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village. Each renovated apartment received new plumbing, kitchens with new appliances, upgraded electrical service, floors and bathrooms with new fixtures and finishes.
