ACC Construction

ACC Construction renovated parts of two floors for the Columbia University School of Dentistry located in the historic Vanderbilt Clinic. The scope of work included a large reception area, triage exam rooms, an emergency operating room, teaching spaces, the sterilization room and building out two dispensaries on the 7th and 8th floors. Because the university keeps the clinic open and serving the community from early morning to evening every day, ACC had to be especially vigilant regarding issues of dust and noise control, staging the construction process and keeping the site very clean.
